RocketWerx is an activity based experience that develops many different skills from the classroom to the boardroom. The aim of the activity is to construct a bottle rocket that will equal or out-perform the competition. The successful launch will require teamwork, coordination of resources and precision. Work place sessions conclude with a debrief around the ARC acronym for work whilst school sessions are heavily integrated with learning skills and information.

All materials are provided for the construction of the rockets and launches are undertaken from our purpose built launcher to ensure that no advantage is gained other than those from the effort of the participants. A short introductory session is given to educate the participants about the workings of the launcher and some of the considerations that need to be addressed when constructing their rockets. Average launches are usually 80m in height or 100m in distance. There are a number of scenarios that can be undertaken at the direction of the organizer.

RocketWerx is a rewarding activity that encourages cooperation and competition as well as developing workplace awarenesses and educational skills.
